On December 22, 2006, the SEC adopted amendments to the new executive compensation rules that are effective immediately.  The amendments will modify the way that equity values are included in the Summary Compensation Table, and as a result may impact which individual officers are "Named Executive Officers" for whom individual compensation information is reported.
