Anita Vasudevan joined the firm in 2003 and has a corporate and securities law practice. She is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.
Ms. Vasudevan represents public and private technology companies, as well as investors, with an emphasis on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, executive compensation and other corporate and securities matters. She represents clients primarily in the areas of telecommunications, enterprise and infrastructure software and semiconductors.
Ms. Vasudevan is a contributing author to The First Mile, Essentials of Entrepreneurship, published by TiE.
