Dipa N. Sudra joined the firm in 2004. She is a member of the Corporate/VLG and the Tax Practice Groups.
Ms. Sudra practices general corporate law, focusing on employee benefits and ERISA related issues.
Her work includes designing, drafting and implementing Section 401(k) plans, health and welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, employee communications materials and administration forms. She also advises on the effect of new laws on such plans, prepares IRS determination letter applications and plan defect correction applications. Her experience also includes advising on employee benefits laws, such as COBRA, FMLA and HIPAA.
Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Ms. Sudra served as a corporate tax associate in prominent international London-based law firms.
