Daniel Lang joined Heller Ehrman in 2006 and has a corporate practice. He is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.
Mr. Lang advises public and private companies in transactions ranging from start-up financings to multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions and various intellectual property matters. He represents companies in diverse industries such as software, Internet applications and services, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare and venture capital. Mr. Lang has experience with corporate governance issues, securities law compliance and initial and secondary public offerings as well as drug and medical device development contracting, including master services, clinical trial, manufacturing, supply, development and non-disclosure agreements.
