Sharon J. Hendricks joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of the Corporate/Venture Law Group Practice Group.
Ms. Hendricks represents emerging growth and public technology companies. Her practice focuses on advising these clients on executive compensation, employment and benefits matters, equity compensation plans, executive compensation, employment and severance arrangements, insider trading and restricted securities matters, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture financings. Ms. Hendricks also represents individual executives in negotiating their employment arrangements.
Ms. Hendricks is an active member of the Subcommittee on Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and Section 16 of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law, Federal Regulation of Securities Committee.
She is a former law clerk for the Honorable Eugene Davis and the Honorable John Duhe, both on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Ms. Hendricks joined Venture Law Group in 1994 and was a director for three years prior to joining Heller Ehrman.
