Alan Hambelton joined the firm's business practice in 2007. Mr. Hambelton is a member of the Venture Law Group/Emerging Companies and Mergers and Acquisitions practices.
Mr. Hambelton served as a summer associate with Heller Ehrman in 2006 where he worked with the corporate, real estate and litigation groups. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, Mr. Hambelton worked as a legal extern with the King County Prosecutor's Office in 2005.
