Brian R. Finrow joined the firm as an associate in 2003 following the merger of Heller Ehrman and Venture Law Group. He is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.
Mr. Finrow has a corporate and securities law practice representing emerging growth technology companies and venture capital firms. His practice includes venture capital financings, initial public offerings, technology licensing, corporate partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and general counseling to start-up companies. Mr. Finrow’s represents or has represented Targeted Growth, Inc., Medio Systems, ARCH Venture Partners, Fate Therapeutics, Amazon.com, Baring Private Equity Partners, Allozyne, Inc., the Institute for Systems Biology, Sustainable Oils, GenoCAD, ARZEDA Corp., Rattlebox.com, Samadhi Site, Therion Software, Medio Systems, GoTV Networks, Consera Software and Print, Inc.
Prior to law school Mr. Finrow served as a legislative assistant in the Washington State Legislature, where he worked on land use issues.
