Michaeline Correa joined the firm in 2001 and has a practice emphasizing corporate bankruptcy and reorganization. She is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.
Ms. Correa represents debtors, trustees and creditors in all aspects of complex corporate bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations. Ms. Correa has also drafted venture capital financing documents, licensing and asset purchase agreements, as well as participated in initial public offerings. As a member of the San Francisco Office Pro Bono Committee, Ms. Correa maintains an active pro bono practice, whereby she represents clients regarding family law, debtors' and creditors' rights and nonprofit incorporation/tax exemption matters.
