Kevin C. Chen joined the firm in 2005 and is a member of the Corporate/VLG Practice Group.
Mr. Chen has a corporate and securities practice, focusing on emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, public offerings, corporate partnerships, and general corporate counseling. He represents a wide range of private and public companies.
Prior to law school, Mr. Chen worked at Venture Law Group as an R&D business analyst.
