Leah Cairney is an associate in the Corporate VLG Practice Group of Heller Ehrman. She joined the firm's London office in 2007.
Ms. Cairney concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment, corporate finance, and general corporate representations of both public and private companies.
