Ms. Annand’s practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies, established technology businesses and venture capital funds. Ms. Annand works with clients in many industries, including software, medical devices, web services, wireless communications, information technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Annand represents private and public technology companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, commercial technology transactions, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in general corporate matters.
Representative clients include Amazon.com, Accept Software, Applied Precision, Celebrate Express, Crosstrees Medical, CG Therapeutics, Babcock & Brown, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Zumobi, and Avista Corporation.
